The sun was shining and the flowers were in full end-of-summer bloom when I arrived for Brittany and Kyle’s Botanical Conservatory Wedding at the Fort Wayne Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Gardens. Having shot their elopement here exactly one year prior, it felt like a full circle to be back and documenting the full wedding celebration with family and friends. The morning was spent getting ready with dear friends, before Brittany and Kyle met out in one of the botanical garden courtyards for their first look. The birds sang cheerfully as they saw each other for the first time, and exchanged private vows and gifts. Then we headed back inside to the gardens for photos with each other, wedding party, and family, before getting tucked away for the ceremony.

There was only a few puffy white clouds in the otherwise brilliant blue sky as Brittany walked down the aisle to her husband amid the lush greenery and florals of Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory. Their ceremony was full of so, so much love, happy tears, and grins from ear to ear, and after the first kiss a roar of whoops and cheers went up in the air. The rest of the evening was spent with great food, amazing toasts, and pretty epic dance moves on the floor as the sun sank below the horizon and laughter and music rang out of downtown Fort Wayne.
