The air was full of nervous excitement and the foliage was in full bloom as Junide and his family set up the gazebo for the proposal, with pretty string lights and a sweet light up sign that said “Marry me?”

As the Indiana sun softly set, Skylar + Gabe met with me at Lakeside Park & Rose Gardens in Fort Wayne for their sweet engagement session. The flowers and roses were in full bloom, and the air held the sweet floral scent as we laughed and joked around together while shooting.

It was a perfect October evening for this Muncie fall engagement session with Michaela and Jay. I met them at a trailhead near their house, and we were blessed with the most incredible golden hour. Amid the chaos of COVID and the state of the world, it was wonderful for these two to spend an evening laughing and snuggling with each other and take a step back from everything else.

The wind blew gently through the golden flowers on top of Max Patch. Alexis and Javier met us along the winding trails and we made our way to the top. We were met with the most glorious golden sunset over the mountainscape. Alexis and Javier were so easy together, with nothing but laughing smiles and soft touches and kisses.

We met at Waterfront Park, for this dreamy Charleston engagement session. Despite Waterfront Park being wildly popular for tourists, it was surprisingly empty, which was perfect for our session planned. We met by the pineapple fountain, and Britney and Nick immediately sparked laughter as we started shooting.
